All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify customers by email if there is a significant delay.

- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a specified amount.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.
If you would like to place an order for delivery outside Australia, please contact us directly by email. We will review your request and, where possible, provide a custom shipping quote and delivery options.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
